You will be applying for a "WAITLIST" apartment, which means your application will be placed on a waiting list. You will be able to complete the application online and the property management company will contact you for actual apartment selection and allotment. Pricing subject to change upon assignment of apartment.   Applicant agrees by completing this application that a priority waitlist fee will be pre-paid toward your first month’s rent to put you on our Priority Waiting List for an apartment available during your requested timeframe.

In the event we are unable to assign you to an apartment, the priority waitlist fee will be refunded less the application fee. In the event you cancel, the fee will be non-refundable.  Applicant understands that residency is pending approval from Management. If denied, the applicant will be refunded the fee less the application fee.  Applicant understands that assignment is pending availability. Management accepts no liability if an apartment cannot be assigned.  

*Payments made with Debit and Credit Cards are available for quick refunds (24-48hours).  eCheck or ACH payment refunds can take 3-4 weeks to receive a refund check.
